Ariana is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Social Work Intern who earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. She also completed a minor in Addiction Treatment, which strengthened her understanding of substance use, recovery, and the importance of meeting individuals where they are.
Ariana has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in school-based, substance-use treatment, and community settings. She is passionate about mental health and strives to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable, exploring difficult experiences, and healing from some of life’s darkest moments. Her approach is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy and respect. Ariana believes that every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, Ariana enjoys spending time with her friends and family, relaxing at the lake, and being outdoors, especially on warm, sunny days.
