McCallister Gayle is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) currently working toward clinical licensure. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree in Spring 2023 and her Master of Social Work degree in Winter 2024 from the University of North Dakota, where she also competed as a Division I volleyball player for five and a half years.
McCallister enjoys working with clients of all ages and has experience working in therapeutic group settings. She will be specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at the Healing Minds DBT Center. Her therapeutic approach is real, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that we are all human—we make mistakes, and what matters most is how we pick ourselves up afterward.
McCallister strives to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to build skills, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
