Ali is a Clinical Social Work Intern who brings experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, grounding her work in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story. Her therapeutic approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing her to tailor care in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and meaningful.
She has worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodivergence, as well as those facing complex trauma, substance use, and crisis situations. Her background also includes supporting people navigating challenging environments, traumatic experiences, and emotionally demanding circumstances.
Ali enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families, and strives to create a space where people feel welcomed, understood, and empowered. She approaches therapy through a holistic lens—recognizing the deep connections between mind, body, relationships, and environment—and believes that therapy can help uncover a life worth living. Her hope is to support clients in finding more clarity, resilience, and opportunities for joyful and fulfilling experiences.
