li is beginning her therapeutic journey after six years of working in community health and inpatient settings with adolescents. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of populations, including teens, survivors of trauma, high-achieving professionals, and individuals navigating substance use. She is informed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing, and she focuses on creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.
Ali also teaches at the university level, helping to train the next generation of social workers—a role that fuels her passion for working with college-age clients. Her style is warm, collaborative, and flexible—she believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a one-size-fits-all process.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with her family and simply being outside, finding peace and balance in the fresh air and open spaces.
